How long does it take to receive my domain name?
We’ll initiate transfer to your registrar within 24 hours of payment clearing. If we are transferring to the same registrar you can receive your domain within a few hours. If we’re sending to another registrar than the one that currently manages the domain it could take a few days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
How do I receive a domain name?
Domain names are managed by a registrar, you will need to select your own registrar so you can receive your domain name into your account and manage it yourself. Popular registrars include GoDaddy, Google Domains, NameCheap and NameSilo. Once you’ve created an account with a registrar we’ll just need your account information to transfer the domain to you. Some registrars may charge a small fee of up to $20 to transfer a domain to them which is paid by the account holder receiving the domain.
Logos
How long does it take to receive my logo?
Once we initiate the transfer of the domain name we’ll send you a link to download your logo and associated files. Usually within 24 hours of payment clearing. If you have requested a new logo this could take our designers between 5 and 10 working days to complete.
Can I change the logo design?
Yes. We include two alternative logo designs with each logo. We’ll take into account your design preferences and include one round of revisions. New logo designs typically take between 5 and 10 working days for our designers to produce. You can request a logo change here.

Can I make an offer on a name?
We are open to receiving offers, however, we do price our domain names competitively in addition to offering the added value of providing professional logos, logo revisions, fast domain transfers and live support. If you’d like to make an offer please send us a message.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds and exchanges are not permitted once payment has been made and the domain transfer is initiated.
