We’ll initiate transfer to your registrar within 24 hours of payment clearing. If we are transferring to the same registrar you can receive your domain within a few hours. If we’re sending to another registrar than the one that currently manages the domain it could take a few days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

 

Domain names are managed by a registrar, you will need to select your own registrar so you can receive your domain name into your account and manage it yourself. Popular registrars include GoDaddy, Google Domains, NameCheap and NameSilo. Once you’ve created an account with a registrar we’ll just need your account information to transfer the domain to you. Some registrars may charge a small fee of up to $20 to transfer a domain to them which is paid by the account holder receiving the domain.

 

Logos

Once we initiate the transfer of the domain name we’ll send you a link to download your logo and associated files. Usually within 24 hours of payment clearing. If you have requested a new logo this could take our designers between 5 and 10 working days to complete.
